The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and developing effective strategies across multiple functions. &nbsp;The ideal candidate will have strong experience across operations, marketing, compliance, product development, and cross-functional teams. They should understand product offerings, dealing operations, and support the launch of new products, including real stocks offerings, while identifying market opportunities, representing the company externally, and building strong internal capabilities. Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute growth strategies for the European business, aligned with overall company objectives.</li><li>Lead and oversee the CySEC-regulated entity, ensuring efficient operations across key departments and driving continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with Product, IT, Compliance, Marketing, Dealing and other business functions to ensure operational alignment and delivery of business objectives.</li><li>Oversee and optimise operational processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.</li><li>Ensure regulatory obligations, reporting requirements, and compliance standards are met in collaboration with the Compliance function.</li><li>Support the evolution of trading platforms, products, and systems in line with business strategy and customer needs.</li><li>Drive the launch and development of new products and services, including real stocks offerings, ensuring operational readiness.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.</li><li>Manage budgets, optimise operational expenses, and oversee relevant commercial and marketing initiatives.</li><li>Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational frameworks to enhance efficiency, governance, and employee experience.</li><li>Improve collaboration and communication between business and support functions to maximise operational effectiveness.</li><li>Provide regular updates, reporting, and insights to the Chief Operations Officer and management team on key initiatives and performance.</li><li>Lead strategic projects and long-term operational improvement initiatives.</li><li>Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage ad-hoc projects as required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role such as COO, CEO, General Manager, Head of Operations, or similar position within a CySEC-regulated investment firm.</li><li>Strong understanding of the regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements applicable to regulated brokers.</li><li>Proven knowledge of financial products, trading operations, and the operational functions of a Forex/CFD broker, including exposure to new product launches such as real stocks offerings.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong leadership, organisational, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams across different locations.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>24 working days annual leave</li><li>Comprehensive Global Medical Insurance Plan, with coverage for the employee and their immediate family from day one</li><li>Udemy Business unlimited membership</li><li>Company discount card with access to various goods and services</li><li>Corporate events and team building activities</li><li>Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment</li></ul>Apply directly via the link <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://apply.workable.com/libertex-europe/j/2E8922D213">https://apply.workable.com/libertex-europe/j/2E8922D213</a> or send us your CV via email at <a href="mailto:careers@libertex.com">careers@libertex.com</a>.
