Customer Support OfficerOur client, a service company providing services to an FX start-up, is currently seeking a Customer Support Officer to join its growing team. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to clients across all communication channels. The role ensures timely resolution of client requests, coordination with internal teams, and promotion of the Company's services.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>The Employee shall perform, among others, the following duties and responsibilities:</li><li>Provide support to customers via telephone, email, and live chat</li><li>Resolve client queries and provide assistance when required</li><li>Act as liaison between clients, customer service, and back-office operations</li><li>Provide support to Account Managers</li><li>Ensure all client requests are processed in a timely manner without delays</li><li>Provide high-quality customer support during account opening and throughout the lifecycle of the trading account</li><li>Promote the Company's services</li><li>Draft and monitor daily reports and complete tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Management</li><li>Implement the Company's Internal Regulations and procedures</li><li>Additional tasks as may be reasonably assigned and within the scope of the role</li><li>Authorized to resolve customer requests and escalate complex issues to management when required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in customer support within the FX Industry&nbsp;or similar will be considered an advantage</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent customer service orientation</li><li>Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)</li><li>Good computer literacy</li><li>Ability to work shifts (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00)</li><li>Weekends on rotation (08:00 - 17:00)</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>21 days annual leave &amp; 5 days sick leave</li><li>Learning &amp; certification budget</li><li>Employee recognition rewards</li><li>Quarterly team events</li><li>Team coffee and snacks</li></ul>To apply follow this link: <a href="https://lscareerstudio.careers-page.com/jobs/1f1ea1ff-5b2f-4165-aeb9-f536a4507084">https://lscareerstudio.careers-page.com/jobs/1f1ea1ff-5b2f-4165-aeb9-f536a4507084</a>
