Who We’re Looking ForSomeone who is:<ul><li>Skilled, organised, and confident in leading a kitchen</li><li>Calm under pressure and able to maintain a respectful tone at all times</li><li>Passionate about quality, taste, and presentation</li><li>Strong in communication and teamwork</li><li>Comfortable in a creative, fast-paced café-bar environment</li></ul>&nbsp;What You Bring<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen</li><li>Strong understanding of Mediterranean and international cuisine</li><li>Solid HACCP and food-safety knowledge</li><li>Valid Cyprus Food Handler Health Certificate</li><li>Excellent organisation and time-management</li><li>Reliability, responsibility, and pride in your craft</li></ul>&nbsp;What You’ll Do<ul><li>Execute all dishes according to approved recipes, portions, and presentation</li><li>Ensure consistency in taste, speed, and quality</li><li>Manage and execute daily and weekly prep workflows</li><li>Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and HACCP standards</li><li>Manage stock, rotation (FIFO), and ordering needs</li><li>Check deliveries and report any quality issues</li><li>Minimise waste through correct portioning and labelling</li><li>Coordinate smoothly with the service team</li><li>Model professional conduct and ensure calm, respectful communication</li></ul>
