A bartender at Hotel's F&amp;B Outlets is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while delivering a refined and engaging guest experience at the bar. The role combines technical skill in drink preparation with strong customer service, ensuring every cocktail, wine, or beverage meets the restaurant’s standards.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, to the highest standards</li><li>Provide engaging, professional, and attentive service to guests at the bar and restaurant</li><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails</li><li>Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times</li><li>Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control</li><li>Work closely with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Mixology or a related field will be considered an advantage</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position or similar bartending experience in the Hospitality Industry</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Good knowledge of&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://setupmyhotel.com/homepage/hotel-management-glossary/property-management-system.html">Hotel software</a>&nbsp;/&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://setupmyhotel.com/homepage/hotel-management-glossary/property-management-system.html">PMS</a></li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to guest satisfaction&nbsp;</li><li>Pleasant personality</li></ul>
