&nbsp;VACANCYLouis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for its Cali Resort and Spa in Paphos as the Operations Manager.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>To monitor and analyze the quality standard of the service provided, the guest satisfaction, operating costs, hygiene and cleanliness, productivity, quality and efficiency as well as the satisfaction of the staff.</li><li>Provide effective leadership and guidance to the team, including department heads, supervisors, and frontline team members.</li><li>Motivate and manage all team members working in operations to achieve the general targets.</li><li>Monitor the coordination between the different departments of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.</li><li>Establish communication channels with guests to obtain their feedback and assist with the resolution of issues.</li><li>Identify and nurture talent within the hotel, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.</li></ul>Required qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a managerial position in a 4* or 5* hotel.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&amp;B, and guest services.</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
