Executive Secretary to the General Manager&nbsp;Join the Executive Office of one of Cyprus' leading business groupsThe Leptos Group is one of Cyprus's largest and most respected business organisations, with more than 65 years of successful operations and a diversified portfolio spanning property development, construction, hospitality, healthcare, education, travel, insurance and property management.We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and professional Executive Secretary to join the General Management Office.&nbsp;Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of the Executive Office, providing high-level secretarial and administrative support while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the General Management Office.This is an excellent opportunity for a capable professional who enjoys working in a dynamic executive environment, values professionalism, discretion and attention to detail, and wishes to build a long-term career within one of Cyprus's leading business groups.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager</li><li>Manage the General Manager's diary, appointments, meetings and daily schedule</li><li>Prepare, format and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations and other business documents</li><li>Organise meetings, and coordinate meeting logistics</li><li>Receive and assist visitors, clients and business associates in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Screen telephone calls, emails and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up where appropriate</li><li>Coordinate communication between the General Management Office and the Group's departments</li><li>Maintain confidential records, filing systems and office documentation</li><li>Monitor office administration and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the General Management Office</li><li>Assist with a variety of administrative tasks and projects as required by the General Manager</li></ul>The Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related discipline will be considered an advantage</li><li>Minimum five years' experience in an executive secretary, executive assistant or similar administrative position</li><li>Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)</li><li>Good IT literacy and the ability to work confidently with ERP/business systems.</li><li>Excellent organisational and time-management skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Professional appearance and excellent business etiquette</li><li>Absolute integrity, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information</li><li>Positive attitude, initiative and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding administrative support</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive starting annual salary of €20,000–€23,000, depending on qualifications and experience</li><li>Provident Fund with a 6.5% employer contribution, one of the most competitive in the market</li><li>13th Salary</li><li>Excellent additional employee benefits</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>A professional, supportive and friendly working environment</li><li>Continuous learning and professional development</li><li>Excellent long-term career prospects within the Leptos Group</li></ul>If you are a professional who takes pride in delivering outstanding administrative support and would like to become an important member of our General Management Office, we would be pleased to hear from you.&nbsp;
