If you are enthusiastic about mixology, guest service, and leading by example, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional bar service to all guests.</li><li>Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the bar area.</li><li>Complete all mise en place preparations before each service.</li><li>Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and specialty drinks to the highest quality standards.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and the full beverage menu while confidently advising guests.</li><li>Promote beverage specials, food offerings, and hotel events to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate bar operations, ensuring efficient service throughout each shift.</li><li>Monitor stock levels, prepare daily requisitions, and maintain accurate inventory.</li><li>Train, support, and motivate junior team members in service standards, beverage knowledge, and teamwork.</li><li>Process guest orders, billing, and cash transactions accurately.</li><li>Resolve guest concerns professionally or escalate them when necessary.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Health &amp; Safety procedures, hygiene standards, and GDPR requirements.</li><li>Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Diploma or vocational qualification in Hospitality or Food &amp; Beverage is preferred.</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in bar operations, preferably within a hotel environment.</li><li>Excellent command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Leadership abilities with the confidence to train and support team members.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
