Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, and benchmarking analyses.</li><li>Prepare comparison reports and procurement recommendations.</li><li>Coordinate supplier agreements, contracts, and related documentation.</li><li>Liaise with hotels, suppliers, surveyors, contractors, and the Accounting Department to ensure efficient procurement operations.</li><li>Support sourcing activities, tender processes, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.</li><li>Monitor procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records and update procurement systems.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or similar role.</li><li>Previous experience in the construction industry will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Previous experience in technical sales, particularly in construction materials, electrical/mechanical equipment, industrial supplies, adhesives, sealants, and related products, will be considered an additional advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with construction materials, technical specifications, contractor coordination, and procurement of related goods and services will be highly valued.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>EU citizen or holder of a valid EU work permit.</li></ul>What we Offer<ul><li>Annual Salary:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; €17,000-€19,000</li><li>Provident fund:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.25% after 6 months</li><li>Welfare Fund:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; will be a member of and participate in activities organized by the company welfare committee</li><li>Working Hours:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mon – Thu: 08:00-09:00 until 16:30-17:30 (Flexible)</li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Friday: 08:00-09:00 until 14:00-15:00 (Flexible)&nbsp;What We’re Looking For&nbsp;We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
