Louis Travel continues to uphold this legacy by providing exceptional service and experiences to its clients.&nbsp;We are looking to recruit a highly organized and customer‑focused Ticketing Ofiicer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support customers with travel arrangements, handle bookings across various systems, and ensure a smooth and professional reservation experience.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage reservations, bookings, and ticket issuance for flights, hotels, and related travel services.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.</li><li>Process changes, cancellations, and reissues in accordance with company policies and supplier regulations.</li><li>Verify travel documentation and ensure all bookings are accurate and compliant.</li><li>Coordinate with airlines, tour operators, and service providers to secure availability and resolve any issues.</li><li>Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of schedules, fares, promotions, and travel policies.</li><li>Assist with general administrative tasks within the reservations department.&nbsp;Requirements</li><li>“Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Studies or a related field (e.g., Tourism Management, Hospitality).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Strong computer literacy (MS Office; familiarity with reservation systems preferred).</li><li>Team‑player with a proactive and positive attitude.</li><li>Good command of English; additional languages are considered a plus.</li><li>Previous experience – not required&nbsp;What We Offer</li><li>A dynamic and professional work environment.</li><li>Training and development opportunities.</li><li>Structured career development and ongoing learning opportunities.</li><li>13th salary and 14th salary-(which is 50% of 13th salary)</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Life insurance&nbsp;</li></ul>
