If you’re a strategic problem-solver with a passion for innovation, teamwork and a growth mindset, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of digital finance! ️&nbsp;What would be your responsibilities:<ul><li>Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimizing system parameters.</li><li>Liaison with technical team on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and monitoring systems.</li><li>Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Monitoring and analysing client’s trading activities and exposures.</li><li>Providing internal support to the client facing team on trading related inquiries.</li><li>Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to key stakeholders.</li><li>Keeping up to date with financial markets information and conducting market research.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we require from you:<ul><li>University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Strong interest in financial markets, trading operations, and the financial services industry.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Good numerical and quantitative abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and teamwork.</li><li>Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and industry regulations.</li><li>Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule Monday to Friday (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), including Public Holidays.</li></ul>&nbsp;The following will be considered an advantage:<ul><li>Previous experience in a brokerage, financial institution, fintech company, exchange, or data analysis-related role.</li><li>Knowledge of financial markets, including FX, CFDs, equities, commodities, or cryptocurrencies.</li><li>CySEC Basic or Advanced Certification.</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II and Best Execution requirements.</li><li>Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.</li><li>Knowledge of trade reconciliation, risk monitoring, or dealing operations.</li><li>Additional language skills</li></ul>&nbsp;What You Can Look Forward To:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Performance-based bonus</li><li>Private Group medical insurance</li><li>Education subsidy &amp; full-paid Study Leave</li><li>Fitness membership allowance</li><li>Weekly Lunch</li><li>21 days of annual leave increasing every year</li><li>Birthday Leave</li><li>Paid Sick Leaves</li><li>Hybrid working with a Work from Home Policy</li><li>Be part of a dynamic and multi-cultural team</li><li>Career growth opportunities with global offices</li><li>Shift allowance</li><li>Double pay for working on public holidays</li></ul>&nbsp;Mitrade is at the cutting edge of FinTech with a team that excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
