CareerFinders, on behalf on our client, an established FMCG company offering a range of premium brands to clients across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Accountant to join their growing team based in Larnaca. Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in financial reporting and accounting operations, as well as preparing various quarterly, monthly, and weekly financial reports. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, who possess 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and previous experience with an ERP is essential, with any prior experience working with SAP considered an advantage. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Assist in financial reporting and accounting operations.</li><li>Preparing various quarterly, monthly, and weekly financial reports.</li><li>Assisting in the execution of annual and quarterly financial statements audits and working closely with external auditors.</li><li>Assisting in day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, imports purchasing invoices.</li><li>Reconciliation of key vendors.</li><li>Assisting in the weekly cash flow preparation and monitoring.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>An academic background relating to Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Attempting professional accounting qualification would be considered a plus.</li><li>Minimum experience of 3 years in accounting department.</li><li>Proficiency in English language.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and previous experience with an ERP is a requirement.</li><li>Experience working with SAP will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.</li><li>Ability to perform well under pressure.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li></ul> &nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG9221.
