Join Our Luxury 5-Star Hospitality Team.&nbsp;Radisson Beach Resort is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction expected in a luxury 5-star resort environment.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.</li><li>Inspect guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.</li><li>Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.</li><li>Report maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials.</li><li>Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members.</li><li>Assist with scheduling and staff allocation as required.</li><li>Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities.</li><li>A dynamic and supportive working environment.</li><li>Career growth within the Radisson Hotel Group.</li></ul>&nbsp;
