Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist local and international customers with vehicle rental reservations and enquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.</li><li>Prepare rental agreements and advise customers on rental rates, policies, vehicle options, and optional extras based on their individual needs.</li><li>Promote and sell additional products and services to maximise customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sixt products, services, and current promotions.</li><li>Meet established sales and customer service performance standards.</li><li>Handle customer enquiries and bookings via telephone, email, and online channels in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.</li><li>Assist with vehicle returns and turnaround procedures as required.</li><li>Resolve customer concerns professionally, efficiently, and with a customer-first approach.</li><li>Complete administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned to support operational requirements.</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidate ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will need:<ul><li>A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.</li><li>A positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude towards sales and customer interaction.</li><li>Fluency in English, both spoken and written.</li><li>A valid driving licence with a minimum of one year's driving experience and the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.</li><li>Willingness to work a six-day rotating shift schedule.</li></ul>The following will be considered an advantage:<ul><li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the vehicle rental industry.</li><li>Knowledge of additional languages.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive gross base salary of €1,440 per month, plus an attractive commission scheme based on sales performance.</li><li>Provident Fund upon successful completion of the six-month probation period.</li><li>24 days of annual leave.</li><li>Comprehensive training and hands-on experience in vehicle rental operations, sales, and international customer service.</li><li>A full-time, year-round role offering long-term career growth opportunities.</li><li>A supportive, collaborative, and multicultural working environment with opportunities for career growth and professional development.</li></ul>
