Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide service and information to clients and partners with the aim of concluding new policies and renewals, ensuring proper pricing, as well as maintaining and developing the client portfolio.</li><li>Collect all required documents and supporting information necessary for the successful issuance of insurance policies.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate data entry using the company’s systems and in accordance with established procedures and standards.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the department, including preparation of correspondence, scanning and filing of documents, etc.</li><li>Maintain high service standards and contribute to the overall quality of the team’s work by providing support in all departmental tasks.</li><li>Perform any other duties related to the nature of the position, as may be assigned by the Supervisor.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile:<ul><li>University degree or diploma in higher education.</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to provide excellent service to the Company’s clients and partners.</li><li>Pleasant personality with strong communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Additional Qualifications considered an advantage:<ul><li>Previous experience in a similar position.</li><li>Diploma in Insurance Studies.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive monthly salary based on qualifications.</li><li>13th&nbsp;salary and proportion of 14th&nbsp;salary.</li><li>Provident Fund Scheme.</li><li>Group Medical Insurance and Life Insurance.</li><li>Continuous professional training and development opportunities.</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>Five-day working week.</li><li>Flexible arrival time between 07:45 – 08:30.</li><li>Two afternoons until 17:30 (with a 30-minute break).</li><li>Three afternoons free (working hours until 14:00).</li></ul>To apply, click the link below and submit your application.https://cosmosinsurance.orangehrmlive.com/external/#/recruitment-apply/vacancy/6
