Contract: Full-time, PermanentWork-mode: Hybrid (2 days from home per week)Location: Nicosia, CyprusSalary: €19,500 - €26,000 gross per annum (negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications)&nbsp;Our client is an established independent advisory and corporate services firm with an international presence and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions to businesses, investors, and private clients across multiple jurisdictions.&nbsp;The firm works with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, including multinational organisations, investment groups, privately owned businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. Known for its personalised approach and technical expertise, the company combines professional excellence with a collaborative and people-focused culture.&nbsp;The successful candidate will work with a portfolio of international clients, supporting their accounting, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. This role offers excellent exposure to international business structures and provides the opportunity to develop professionally within a collaborative and supportive environment.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Record accounting transactions, journal entries, and maintain general ledger accuracy</li><li>Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and efficient manner</li><li>Perform reconciliations of bank, debtor, creditor, and other control accounts</li><li>Support the preparation of management accounts and financial statements</li><li>Assist with external audits and liaise with auditors as required</li><li>Support the preparation of accounting records for international corporate clients</li><li>Contribute to ad-hoc assignments and special client projects</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable accounting standards</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>University degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or LCCI Higher in Accounting</li><li>2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a professional services, accounting, audit, or corporate services environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Experience using accounting software is essential</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent organisational and time-management skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Hybrid working scheme</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Friday afternoons off</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Continuous professional development and training opportunities</li><li>Exposure to international clients and business structures</li><li>Supportive and collaborative working environment with clear career progression opportunities</li></ul>
