Job Description

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where young children can learn, play, and develop with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate educational activities.
• Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Observe and monitor children's progress and wellbeing.
• Encourage positive behaviour through kindness and respect.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, toileting, and rest time.
• Prepare learning materials and keep the classroom organised.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children aged 2–5 years is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient, and positive attitude.
• Good level of spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Valid permit to work in Cyprus (if applicable).
• Clean criminal record.
