Kean Soft Drinks Ltd a leading company in Juice and soft Drinks industry is seeking to recruit a person for the position of Accountant & Finance Operation Officer. The position has a working base in our offices in our factory in Limassol.
We are seeking a highly capable Accountant & Finance Operation Officer to lead our management reporting, planning, and performance management agenda.
This role combines management control, compliance, forecasting, supporting both management decision-making and operational performance across the business.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.
Monitor and analyze actual vs. budget / forecast performance and provide actionable business insights.
Prepare and present management reports and explain financial performance deviations.
Support the achievement of profitability, cash flow, and operational targets.
Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and governance across finance processes.
Support CapEx, productivity, treasury, and working capital management.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
Prepare VAT returns and support month-end and year-end closing.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare management reports.
Process payments and monitor cash flow.
Monitor inventory accounting and fixed assets.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external authorities.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Relevant experience
Proven experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., E-Soft or similar)
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is considered an advantage
