Aelia Wellness Retreat, a boutique wellness hotel in Analiontas, Nicosia, is looking for a  reliable and professional Night Receptionist to join our team for permanent, full-time  employment. 

THE ROLE 

As our Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of  the hotel during the night shift while providing attentive and professional service to our  guests. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Welcome and assist guests during night hours 

• Handle guest enquiries, requests and any issues that may arise 

• Manage check-ins and check-outs when required 

• Complete daily night audit procedures 

• Review and verify daily transactions and accounts 

• Prepare reports and information required for the following day's operations Ensure accurate communication and handover to the morning team Maintain the high standards of service and hospitality of Aelia Wellness Retreat 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Professional, responsible and trustworthy attitude 

• Strong customer-service orientation 

• Ability to work independently and take initiative 

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail 

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office 

• Excellent command of Greek and English

• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays 

• Previous experience in hotel reception, hospitality or guest services will be considered  an advantage. 

• Experience with hotel/property management systems or basic accounting procedures  will also be considered an advantage.
