Key Requirements
Excellent command of English language both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High understanding of CCTV systems
Very good technological approach
Technical Troubleshooting
Proactive, self-motivated, effective, well organized and with problem-solving mindset.
Demonstrate practical knowledge and creative problem-solving strategies
Have high quality inter-personal skills
Well organized and records tracking personnel.
Ability to observe details, plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- High School graduate
- Technical Background – configuration and installation of CCTV
- Computer Science or relevant certification / diploma will be considered an advantage
Main Responsibilities
- Manage CCTV Installations cycle, preparation, installation and follow up
- Verify vessel schedules to co-ordinate Integrators worldwide
- Assign of installations to Integrators
- Live reporting of installation progress
- Service Report interrogation and escalation
- Maintain the installation database
- Maintain documents on internal software / files
- Track of installation equipment/stock
- Close communication with integrators
- Report Weekly CCTV System Technical / Installation statuses
- Daily installation progress reports
