Together, we turn ideas into action—let’s get started!&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Drafting and reviewing various types of legal documents and agreements&nbsp;mainly commercial agreements (Marketing/IO/T&amp;amp;C/License Agreements),&nbsp;and corporate agreements (Share Purchasing agreements/NDA/Service&nbsp;Agreements);</li><li>Proven expertise in advanced legal negotiations, with a demonstrated ability&nbsp;to independently finalize complex agreements;</li><li>Advising the Company on employment matters, including terminations&nbsp;protection of salary, working hours and employee/contractor status;</li><li>Conducting legal research on various topics and liaising with outsourced providers and/or associates and advising on data protection/privacy agreements;&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to review and advise on data protection/privacy agreements;</li><li>Be familiar with Cyprus company law and corporate procedures.</li></ul>Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>Holder of a Law degree, preferable from a common law jurisdiction;</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of post qualification experience in a commercial enviroment;</li><li>Familiar with Data Protection/Privacy legislation;</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek both written and verbal;</li><li>Proven experience in the i-gaming industry shall be considered an advantage;</li><li>Commercially minded legal expert with extensive in-house experience;</li><li>Ability to prioritise and manage several activities simultaneously;&nbsp;</li><li>High sense of professionalism, able to work on his/her own initiative and&nbsp;coordinate with colleagues.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:&nbsp;<ul><li>Snacks in the Office;</li><li>24 days of vacation per year;</li><li>Attractive office location in Limassol and facilities;</li><li>Medical insurance;</li><li>Breakfasts and lunches in the office (partially paid by the Company);</li><li>Languages classes (partially paid by the Company);</li><li>Social Club of the Company.</li></ul>
