We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in accounting within a dynamic and supportive team environment.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.</li><li>Support the Accounts Department in daily financial and administrative tasks.</li><li>Help with accounts receivable collections and follow-up with customers as needed.</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and assist in general ledger maintenance.</li><li>Provide support during audits and assist with documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>LCCI Higher or CAT or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.</li><li>Good organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>&nbsp;Personal Characteristics<ul><li>Very good organizational and communication skills with high level of responsibility, initiative and judgement.</li><li>Pleasant and friendly personality, fair, honest reliable and polite.</li><li>Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Have a high-level attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration package&nbsp;Attractive remuneration package according to skills and experience&nbsp;Applications to <a href="mailto:hr@straphael.com">hr@straphael.com</a>&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strictly confidence.
