Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll & Tax Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the firm with payroll administration, employer declarations, tax registrations, government filings, and client-related payroll and tax compliance matters.

 

Duties / Responsibilities:

The successful candidate’s duties will include:

  • Preparing and submitting monthly and annual employer declarations.
  • Handling client payroll administration and payroll analysis.
  • Managing Social Insurance, ERGANI and SISnet administration.
  • Preparing employer registrations and deregistrations.
  • Handling payroll-related tax reporting.
  • Creating and managing TFA registrations.
  • Preparing applications for tax identification numbers.
  • Handling VIES and VAT registrations, amendments and related changes.
  • Preparing ANAD, ERMIS and other government scheme applications.
  • Liaising with clients and public authorities where required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation.
  • Following up with clients for missing payroll, tax and registration information.
  • Supporting the accounting and tax departments with payroll and employer compliance matters.

 

Qualifications

  • Good University Degree
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of Personal Income Tax and Labour Laws.
  • Knowledge of Payroll software
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Languages
  • Any knowledge of other languages will be considered an additional advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
