We are currently looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join us as Part-Time Accountants on a flexible basis. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are looking to utilize their spare time productively, earn additional income, and work with flexibility according to their own availability.

The role offers the opportunity to manage bookkeeping and accounting tasks for a number of companies, with compensation based on the number of clients/entities undertaken. Whether you are already employed full-time, working independently, or seeking additional professional experience, this position can be tailored around your schedule.

This role can be performed remotely from home, offering candidates the flexibility to manage their workload around their existing schedule and commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting records for multiple companies
• Prepare and submit VAT and tax returns accurately and within deadlines
• Handle invoicing processes and maintain statements of account
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and accounting standards
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Support the preparation of tax filings and related financial documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and clients where required regarding accounting matters

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and VAT regulations
• Previous experience in preparing VAT and tax returns accurately and on time
• Proficiency in invoicing procedures and maintaining statements of account
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Fluency in both Greek and English is highly desirable
• Prior experience in a similar accounting role will be considered an advantage
