The College of Tourism & Hotel Management is accepting applications to hire a “Senior Lecturer” - For specific responsibilities and requirements refer to the table below.

Position Requirements:

• PhD in the fields of Tourism or Hospitality Management, and/or Business Management.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages.
• Teaching experience.
• Research publications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• A commitment to staying current with industry trends and developments.
• A passion for educating and mentoring future hospitality leaders.

Position Responsibilities:

• Preparing teaching material
• Delivering engaging and effective lectures
• Preparing and correcting tests, case studies and exams.
• Mentoring and advising students, fostering their personal and professional development.
• Contributing to curriculum development, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices.
• Participating in research initiatives, contributing to the academic advancement of hospitality management and/or the Tourism field of studies and/or business studies.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 08:30-13:00 & 13:30-16:30
