Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Officer to support the marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in promoting the La Mer Homes brand, and supporting the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the properties online presentation
- Assist in the property pricing
- Assist with the listing of properties
- Assist with the market research
- Assist with the OTAs
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for marketing and branding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of PMS system would be an advantage
