Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Officer to support the marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in promoting the La Mer Homes brand, and supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the properties online presentation
• Assist in the property pricing
• Assist with the listing of properties
• Assist with the market research
• Assist with the OTAs

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for marketing and branding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of PMS system would be an advantage
