ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading Global Technology Provider, is seeking to recruit a Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team in Limassol and in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Role Overview:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware systems at client locations. Your day-to-day duties will involve setting up equipment, performing routine checks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal functionality of devices. You'll also handle basic networking, system updates, and provide first-level support to users when needed.
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in electronics, IT support, or electro-mechanical systems, who are looking to apply their skills in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites
Prepare sites, including cable installation and equipment setup
Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks
Respond promptly to customer issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures
Represent the company professionally at all times
Candidate Profile:
Technical Diploma or equivalent
Up to 1 year of relevant experience in a technical or IT-related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
Experience with PC hardware maintenance and support
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher in a technical field (Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering)
Experience working with NCR or similar equipment
CCNA certification is a strong plus
Previous experience in a service field or customer-facing role

Comprehensive training will be provided over an extended period to ensure full readiness for the role.
Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, remote-based.
