Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded provider of Audit and Accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients, is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team based in Lakatamia, Nicosia. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Audit Department by providing a wide range of administrative support. This position is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a professional office environment. The role is focused on supporting audit and accounting processes and is not a front-desk or reception position. Our client is seeking applicants with previous experience in a similar administrative role who are fluent in both written and spoken Greek and English. The successful candidate will be a confident user of Microsoft Office applications and possess excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills. An attractive remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit HE32 forms accurately and on time.
  • Draft and prepare bank letters as required.
  • Prepare audit and accounting engagement letters.
  • Prepare and issue Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) letters.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Audit Department.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, record keeping, and other departmental administrative duties.
  • Support the audit team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is desirable.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant general administrative experience.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information.
