At PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, passion for great food and drive for results. We are looking to recruit a Brand Manager for PAUL to join our dynamic team, based in Nicosia.

As a Brand Manager, you will develop, lead and execute all marketing activities of PAUL brand in Cyprus. You will be working closely with the operations team, as well as external agencies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive traffic and profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PAUL’s brand positioning and local marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
• Manage internal relationships with store teams and Operations, as well as international franchisor teams, to ensure strong collaboration and consistent brand execution.
• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels (digital, PR, ATL/BTL), driving awareness, traffic and sales.
• Drive in-store marketing execution and local store activity, ensuring excellent implementation of POS, seasonal activations and store-level initiatives.
• Lead content and communication across key channels, including social media, website/e-commerce and delivery/aggregator platforms.
• Support product development and lead new product launches, coordinating go-to-market plans, timelines and post-launch performance reviews.
• Build and manage partnerships and collaborations (PR, influencers, events, promotional partners) that strengthen brand relevance and visibility.
• Track performance, market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity, translating learnings into recommendations and clear reporting for management.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation, ROI mindset and control of spend.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to lead and manage projects

•  Budget management and analytical skills to forecast

•  Excellent Greek and English language in written and oral form

• Computer literate (word, PowerPoint, excel and e-commerce) able to produce quality reports and presentations
