Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Conversation Agent to strengthen our German-speaking team, serving clients across Germany and Austria.

If you are disciplined, client-oriented, and already understand the financial services industry, we'd like to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct professional conversations with existing and prospective clients.
• Represent a trusted CySEC-regulated financial brand.
• Maintain high communication standards and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with experienced Sales, Retention, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• Previous experience within the financial services / CFD / Forex industry
• Strong communication skills
• High level of discipline, reliability, and professionalism

Highly Valued

• CySEC Advanced Certification
• Additional languages besides German
• Previous experience working under a regulated environment
