Stock Controller (CELINE & LOEWE)
Job Description
We are hiring! CELINE & LOEWE in The Retail Village at Nammos Limassol wants to employ you as a full-time Stock Controller in Limassol, Cyprus. You will be managing our inventory and online transfers to all of our boutiques around Cyprus!
We are now recruiting personnel to join our Office Team in Limassol.
Main Duties: Process deliveries, Inventory Checks & Reports, and maximise all aspects of stock control to support the Physical & Online Stores.
Responsibilities:
- Distributing stock to different store locations (Limassol & Nicosia)
- Packing and Unpacking new deliveries
- Stock taking of new arrivals along with quality control of each item
- Create invoices in the system (training offered)
- Creation of barcodes, adding labels and prices to products
- Picking products from the shop floor or other retail locations
- Organize and implement stock takes every month and/or when it is needed
- Reply to emails daily; suppliers/partners, online sales customer service, etc - being proactive instead of reactive
- Integrate, prioritize and follow up on all deliveries between all retail locations
- Responsible for all transfers in and out of Cyprus
- Organising online files, saving all documents which are needed
- Improve the stock storage spaces, keeping stockrooms/boutique organized and stationary re-ordered
- Deal and report all stock issues
- Monitor online stock
- Develop accurate reporting: end-of-month results, stock take results, etc
Administration work:
- Email correspondence
- Organising of online files, saving all documents which are needed
- Stationery reorder
This role will include lifting of heavy loads of new arrivals.
Driving License is necessary
Profile:
- No experience in a similar position and/or industry is needed but if you do, it will be taken into consideration
- Fluent English (oral, writing, reading – proof of qualification will be requested) and Greek (oral at least) is a must
- Basic knowledge and good understanding of invoicing
- Necessary Microsoft Office Skills (Mainly Excel)
- Attention to Detail, Extremely Organized, Multitasking, Problem-solving, maintaining a flexible attitude at all times, to create a positive image of oneself and the Company at all times
- All candidates must currently be Limassol citizens
- Driving license is needed
