What will you be doing?
The Customer Service Representative role at Primetel Shops can be challenging. Here’s what you will be doing:
Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression.
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Promoting and selling Primetel products and services.
Processing sales and completing all related documentation.
Assisting customers with billing, account, and service-related enquiries.
Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Contributing to the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys helping customers and providing friendly service.
Has previous customer service experience, ideally in retail or hospitality.
Is comfortable with sales and working in a commission-based environment.
Has an interest in technology, mobile phones and the internet.
Can work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends on a rotation basis. You’ll work 38 hours per week and receive your schedule in advance.
Is fluent in Greek and English.
