Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Air Cargo Reservations Administrator to join our team at Nicosia Office or Larnaca Airport Office. The successful candidate will support the daily coordination of airfreight shipments, ensuring accurate bookings, smooth communication with international partners, and adherence to operational standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage day‑to‑day airfreight shipments.
• Create, update, and monitor cargo bookings in the company’s booking systems.
• Coordinate with stations and partners abroad to ensure accurate and timely bookings.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with international partners and companies.
• Report directly to the International Business Development & Marketing Manager.
• Perform any additional duties related to the role as required.

 

Candidate Profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
• Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and web‑based applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven.
• Previous experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage.
• Holding the IATA DGR Certificate and/or the IATA Cargo Introductory Course will be considered an advantage.

 Training & Development

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive, hands‑on training delivered by experienced staff to ensure full familiarity with operational procedures and systems.
