CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most well established and respected Financial Services Consulting Groups, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager to help lead their KYC Managed Services Team based in either Limassol or Nicosia. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership, service delivery, quality of services and growth of the KYC Managed Services division for our client. The successful candidate will oversee and manage KYC operations, staff augmentation, resource planning, outsourcing arrangements, and financial efficiency, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of high-quality services to clients while maintaining operational excellence and profitability. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or a related field, who possess approximately 5+ years of experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Financial Crime, or Managed Services operations, including leadership responsibilities. Holders of any professional certifications such as ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent, are encouraged to apply. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Support the day-to-day management and delivery of KYC Managed Services engagements.
• Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and staff augmentation initiatives to meet client and business needs.
• Oversee outsourcing partners and third-party providers (including tech partners), ensuring service quality and performance standards are achieved.
• Monitor resource utilisation, budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency across engagements.
• Put in place quality assurances controls and monitor performance metrics.
• Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reports to the Head of KYC Managed Services, and the relevant Managing Director responsible for company’s KYC Managed Services.
• Support client engagements, service expansion opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Replace the Head of KYC Managed Services when and as required.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Financial Crime, or Managed Services operations, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in workforce planning, operations, resource management, staff augmentation, and/or outsourcing models.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, quality assurance, cost management, and operational performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Professional certifications such as ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
