Alpha Project Managers

We are a dedicated project management service provider specialized in the real estate and construction sector, based in Nicosia and proudly serving all cities across Cyprus.

We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time basis and lead our facilities management service.

Role Overview

You will play a key role in engaging with clients on the management of their facilities including the asset registry, maintenance schedule and supplier management. You will be the main point of contact for the client and represent the service provider in establishing relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients on facility’s needs.
• Develop asset registry and maintenance plans on multiple facility sites.
• Monitor suppliers’ schedules and ensure their timely execution of works. Supervise and ensure their high quality and verify.
• Use specialised software to record, monitor and communicate on the asset status.
• Create budgets and approve payments to suppliers.
• Develop leads for new facilities clients and support the Director in business development.
• Manage stakeholders from the client and suppliers to maximise efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Approximately 3-5 years prior experience in facilities management or property management.
• Understanding of project management principles and how they affect successful outcomes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive and professional attitude.
