Alpha Project Managers

We are a dedicated project management service provider specialized in the real estate and construction sector, based in Nicosia and proudly serving all cities across Cyprus.

We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Projects Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Role Overview

You will play a key role in supporting and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the management of the concept design, detailed design, tendering process and execution of the project.
• Coordinate the project consultants, competent authorities, contractors and suppliers.
• Supervise construction works as the client’s representative.
• Monitor the project program, manage cost and ensure quality.
• Create progress and cost reports and engage with the client and other stakeholders.
• Administer the project correspondence, drawings and flow of information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or design management is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• A self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and professional approach to work.
