Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle preparation prior to rental handovers
• Conduct vehicle readiness checks and inspection checklists
• Ensure vehicles are clean, serviced, and presented to company standards
• Coordinate washing, detailing, mechanical servicing, and maintenance schedules
• Confirm vehicle deliveries and collections at designated locations
• Monitor fleet availability and allocation across operational needs
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments
• Support rental handovers and ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
• Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00-17:30, Wednesday 8:00-14:00, Saturday 08:00-13:00

Requirements

• Previous experience in fleet operations, vehicle rentals, customer support roles, or coordination roles preferred but not essential
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Valid driving licence
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
