Job Description

CRI Consulting a company specialising in insolvency is seeking to recruit a dynamic, reliable and experienced accountant for its accounting department. 

Job Description: 

• Responsible for keeping estate accounts up to date and dealing with the submission of statutory returns; 
• Maintenance of proper books and records for CRI and group companies, as well as issuing management accounts and cashflows to management;
• Deal with all KYC/AML enquiries regarding CRI and estate incoming funds;
• Preparation of payroll ensuring compliance with relevant authorities
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns for CRI, group companies and estates;
• Deal with all enquiries from Government Departments; 
• Liaise with external auditors, providing all assistance in relation to their accounting and auditing requirements;
• Perform administrative and any other duties upon assignment.

Required skill & Experience

• ACA/ACCA qualification, although not essential, would be considered an advantage; 
• A minimum of 5-7 years practical experience in a similar position;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of Sage Line 50;
• Knowledge of Easysoft payroll system;
• Strong knowledge of indirect tax (VAT);
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language; 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 
• Strong organizational and leadership skills;
• Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team;

Remuneration & Benefits: 

• Competitive annual gross salary of €35,000–€45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
