Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general handyman and property maintenance tasks
- Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Carry out minor carpentry repairs and works
- Fix, repair, or replace basic fixtures, fittings, furniture, doors, handles, locks, shelves, etc.
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance as required
- Clean windows and exterior/interior areas when needed
- Perform gardening and basic outdoor maintenance
- Assist with general cleaning of properties and outdoor areas
- Transport tools, equipment, furniture, supplies, and other items between properties
- Assist with moving and assembling furniture and equipment
- Identify maintenance issues and report larger or specialist repairs when professional contractors are required
- Painting
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests when necessary
- Help ensure properties are well-maintained, presentable, and ready for guests
- Carry out any other reasonable handyman and property-related duties as required
- Customer support if required
