Job Description

Mallouppas Group of Companies is a continuously growing company with a pleasant and dynamic work environment. We have been operating in the retail sector for more than 30 years, representing well-known brands including Stradivarius, Mango, Tezenis, Kipling and Eastpak.

We are currently looking for a Product Data Coordinator to join our team and support the product data operations of Four Day Clearance, our home, furniture and household goods retail business.

Purpose of Position

To ensure product information is complete, accurate and properly structured for use across ERP systems, e-commerce websites, marketplaces, warehouses, stores and other business systems.

Responsibilities:

·          Review and organise product data received from suppliers and internal departments.

·          Follow up with Purchasing, Warehouses and other teams when product information is missing or unclear.

·          Maintain and standardise product categories, brands, attributes, dimensions, colours, materials, sizes and variations.

·          Identify and correct duplicate, inconsistent or incomplete product information.

·          Prepare and manage Excel and CSV files for product imports, updates and integrations.

·          Ensure product data is correctly structured for ERP, e-commerce, marketplaces, website filters and search.

·          Maintain product titles, descriptions, images and SEO information where required.

·          Perform regular product data checks and support PIM and ERP projects.

We are looking for:

·          Strong computer literacy and confidence working with different software, digital tools and systems.

·          Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

·          Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

·          Ability to work confidently with large amounts of product data.

·          Good command of Greek and English.

·          Ability to investigate and resolve data issues independently.

·          Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience with product data, ERP systems, PIM, WooCommerce or catalogue management will be considered an advantage.

A relevant degree will be considered an advantage.
