Job Description
The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting Medicover Laboratories’ tests and services to doctors, clinics, medical centers, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare professionals to promote the company’s laboratory tests and services.
- Update the CRM system.
- Present and explain available tests, services, packages, and laboratory solutions in a clear and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare partners.
- Understand the company’s laboratory tests and services in order to communicate their value and benefits effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential collaborations with healthcare professionals and clinics.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding their needs, questions, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and proper communication with clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or informational material when needed.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, visits, conferences, or events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Support the company’s sales and business development goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare, Business, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, laboratory services, healthcare promotion, or business development will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of laboratory tests or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
- Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to prepare simple reports or presentations.
- Valid driving license.
- Flexibility to travel to other cities for client visits, meetings, and promotional activities.
