Job Description

MAP Hotel is looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing department to produce high-quality visual content that reflects the luxury, lifestyle, and distinctive dining and hospitality experiences across our digital platforms.

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

Type: Full-time / Part-time (depending on agreement) Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Capture hotel spaces, rooms, restaurants, events, experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit photos and videos to align with the hotel’s brand identity and visual standards
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas, campaigns, and monthly content planning
• Stay up to date with social media trends and propose creative concepts accordingly
• Assist during hotel events, launches, and special promotions to capture real-time content

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, or similar role (a portfolio would be beneficial)
• Strong photography and videography skills (experience with cameras, lighting, and composition)
• Proficiency in editing tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and format sizes accordingly
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability
• Flexibility in working hours when required (events, weekends, special shoots)

Nice to Have

• Experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or travel content
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance
• Drone photography/videography skills
