Job Description
We are seeking to employ a junior accountant in our Aviation Aircraft Maintenance Company, based in Larnaca to assist our Senior in house Accountant.
Key responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, receipts, accounting entries
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payment preparation and tracking
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
- Assist with customer invoicing and follow up where required
- Support month end closing process
- Maintain data in the accounting system and support finance administration
- Assist with data entry and reconciliations between accounting and operational systems
- Provide general support to the finance team as required
Requirements:
- LCCI Higher or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Good excel skills and practical experience with accounting systems
- Good English
- Accurate, organized and able to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and work well as part of a team
- Knowledge to ESOFT program will be considered a plus
