Job Description
Thanos Hotels & Resorts is looking to recruit a Waiter/Waitress for the Antasia Beach Club.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that standards of service in your designated outlet are met at all times as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards.
- Assist in the day to day operation of your outlet in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations
- Follow the correct and consistent service techniques according to the F&B standards
- Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations
- Follow the Grooming Policy, maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and ensure that this is followed and adhered by all Staff assigned to you in the designated outlet
- Ensure that duties are carried in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
- Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
- To be quality driven and critical of all aspects of the food and beverage operation in order to guarantee the highest level of creativity and productivity within the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills in handling guest complaints
