Job Description
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and assigned hotel areas to a high standard.
- Making beds and changing bed linen and towels.
- Replenishing guest amenities and room supplies.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and ensuring all areas are clean and well presented.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Responding to guests’ requests in a friendly, polite and efficient manner.
- Working as part of a team and cooperating with other hotel departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Following the hotel’s cleanliness, hygiene, health & safety standards and internal procedures.
- Taking pride in your work and paying attention to detail.
- Contributing to a positive team environment and sharing suggestions that can help improve our housekeeping operations.
