About the Role

As an Audit Associate, you will join our Audit & Assurance team and work with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.

You will work closely with Partners, Audit Managers and experienced professionals, gaining practical experience while progressively taking on greater responsibility.

This role is ideal for someone studying towards ACCA or ACA, or who plans to pursue a professional qualification and wants to combine their studies with meaningful practical experience.

What You'll Do

Perform audit engagements for local and international clients.
Understand clients' businesses, industries and operations.
Assist with audit planning, risk assessment and audit procedures.
Perform audit procedures in accordance with applicable IFRS and ISA requirements.
Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, management accounts and tax returns.
Communicate professionally with clients and obtain information required for assignments.
Report audit findings and other matters to Audit Managers and Partners.
Work effectively with the team to complete assignments accurately and within agreed deadlines.

What We're Looking For

We value potential, commitment and the right attitude as much as academic qualifications.

You will ideally have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Mathematics or another relevant field.
An interest in pursuing ACCA or ACA.
LCCI Higher or CAT qualification will be considered an advantage.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Knowledge of IFRS and ISA will be considered an advantage.
Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Positive, professional and client-focused attitude.
