Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our Treasury team. The successful candidate will support a variety of treasury operations and cash management activities while working closely with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and finance teams.

This role is ideally suited to an individual with a strong analytical mindset and finance operations background who is looking to develop a career within Treasury. Previous treasury experience is not mandatory, but it will be considered an advantage. Similarly, candidates with an accounting background are encouraged to apply, as this experience will be viewed positively.  

What will your job look like?

• Support daily cash management operations across multiple entities and banking partners, while providing support to internal departments (Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax and Accounts Receivable).
• Provide support to our Foreign Exchange and Capital Structure activities, which includes analyzing data to putting forward recommendations.
• Work closely with accounting, finance, tax, and business teams to resolve treasury-related matters.
• Participate in treasury projects, process improvements, and system enhancements. The candidate should have a drive for automation, brining operational efficiencies.
• Monitor bank account activity and assist administration activities, including account opening and closing, KYC, audit confirmations and recording of Treasury transactions (Bank deposits, FXs and hedge related transactions).

All you need is...

• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a finance operations role. (Juniors will also be considered).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, controls, and operational workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP and Bloomberg will be considered an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
