Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•    Conduct monthly stock takes for all outlets and stores
•    Record and reconcile physical stock counts in the system
•    Prepare and issue stock control reports
•    Monitor and manage food and beverage cost control processes
•    Perform menu costings and analyze profitability
•    Internal control checks
•    Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and report any discrepancies
 

Education, Experience & Skills:
•    Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field
•    Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
•    Previous experience in hotel operations will be considered an advantage
•    Basic knowledge of hotel systems (POS, stock control systems, etc)

•    Strong communication and organizational skills
•    Good analytical and numerical abilities
•    Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
