Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and proactive Russian-speaking Accountant to join our friendly team in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting and day-to-day financial operations for a small portfolio of Cyprus and international companies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working in an international environment, taking responsibility and developing new skills.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting and bookkeeping for Cyprus and international companies, including offshore entities.
Bank reconciliations, payment processing and daily banking operations.
Preparation of financial and management reports.
Cash-flow monitoring, budgeting and financial analysis.
Preparation of investment portfolio reports, including valuations and performance information.
Communication and coordination with auditors, banks, tax advisors and other professional service providers.
Support with CRS and FATCA-related matters.
Working with accounting, investment reporting and modern digital tools.
Improving accounting and internal reporting processes.

Requirements

Fluent Russian and good English – both mandatory.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
Experience working with international companies and different jurisdictions.
Understanding of investment accounting and financial reporting.
Strong Excel skills.
Experience communicating with auditors and external advisors.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy, responsibility and confidentiality.
Willingness to learn new systems and use modern technologies, including AI tools.
Legal right to work in Cyprus.

Additional Advantages

Previous experience in a Family Office or international corporate environment.
ACCA qualification or studies in progress.
Knowledge of CRS and FATCA requirements.
Experience with investment portfolios, funds or private equity.
Experience with reporting platforms.
