CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established, family-owned company with over 25 years of experience in the luxury automotive industry, we are seeking to recruit a Sales & Customer Experience Officer to join their team based in Latsia, Nicosia. As a Sales & Customer Experience Officer, you will be responsible for representing two major luxury sports car brands in Cyprus, developing lasting relationships with customers, and delivering an exceptional experience throughout their purchasing journey. Our client is seeking applicants who hold 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry, with any exposure to the luxury or premium car sector considered a strong advantage. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, excellent bonus scheme, 13th salary, provident fund, medical coverage, and more! Standard working hours are from 08:30 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Achieving sales targets for new and pre-owned luxury vehicles.
• Managing the complete sales process, from initial customer enquiry through to vehicle handover and follow-up.
• Conducting test drives and gathering valuable customer feedback.
• Identifying and evaluating opportunities within the local market.
• Coordinating with the After Sales Manager on matters relating to pre-owned vehicle sales.
• Introducing prospective customers to the luxury brand experience, heritage, and values.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients through structured contact and follow-up plans.
• Ensuring showroom operations comply with the international standards.
• Delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the purchase and ownership experience.
• Organising and coordinating events to strengthen the visibility and presence of the luxury car brands in Cyprus.
• Supporting the brands’ social media presence and related activities.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Experience within the luxury or premium sector will be considered a strong advantage.
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry, performance, and luxury vehicles.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
• A dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively to deadlines.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• A valid driving licence.
