CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an adult (18+) creator-economy company, with newly established operations here in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Chat & Conversion to join their growing team on a fully remote basis. As the Head of Chat & Conversion, you will lead and scale human and AI-powered chat sales operations within the 18+ creator economy. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will own chat revenue, conversion performance, and the development of a high-performing sales operation. Our client is seeking applicants who hold 5+ years of experience in chat sales or chat operations, including 2+ years leading team leads. You will need to have proven experience managing 30+ chatters across multiple shifts and owning chat revenue, along with direct experience with OnlyFans, Fansly, or an equivalent adult (18+) paid-chat operation. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, along with fully remote working options, and flexible working hours.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Own chat revenue, conversion rates, average revenue per fan, repeat purchases, and refund performance.
• Build and lead a team of chat managers and team leads across multiple shifts and time zones.
• Develop chat personas, sales scripts, playbooks, and quality-scoring frameworks.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate chat teams to maximise performance.
• Review AI chatbot conversations and optimise sales strategies, prompts, and workflows.
• Test and improve sales funnels, messaging strategies, and customer engagement.
• Drive operational improvements through data analysis and performance reporting.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• 5+ years of experience in chat sales or chat operations, including 2+ years leading team leads.
• Proven experience managing 30+ chatters across multiple shifts and owning chat revenue.
• Direct experience with OnlyFans, Fansly, or an equivalent adult (18+) paid-chat operation.
• Strong hands-on chat-selling skills, with demonstrated expertise in scripts, conversion strategies, and performance scoring.
• Experience analysing sales metrics and improving conversion and retention.
• Familiarity with AI chatbots, transcript reviews, or conversational AI optimisation.
• Comfortable working in the adult creator economy.
